Our merchandising team regularly follows up on all the orders. Our customers are updated on the order schedules and status on a regular basis, proactively.
We ensure timely production and delivery through continuous production monitoring. Our regular visits to our vendors help us in following up continuously on the production process.
All orders are very closely monitored by our Merchants to ensure they are shipped on time as per schedule.
Our clients are continuously updated about the movement of the goods enabling them to make informed decisions in their own countries.
Service & Product
Regular inspections (Inline/ Midline/ Final / Random) are made at the production site so that defects in production can be caught early thereby avoiding any future problems. Quality Reports are sent to the buyers along with photos taken at site during inspections for reference and approval
Inspections are done basis individual orders, as and when required by customers. Inspections are done basis information received from customers from time to time. 1 Man-day inspects up to 5-8 items, at a Static cost per man day.
1 Inline, 1 Midline, 1 Final Inspection
The counter sample is seen at the time of Inline and confirmed from customer. Customer is charged a percentage of the invoice value.
Repeated Inline, Midline, Final Inspections. The counter sample is seen at the time of Inline and confirmed from customer. Repeated inspections can be conducted at any stage until quality is as per counter sample or expected standard.
